2DTrack is a personal fitness, nutrition and health tracking app, currently in early testing with a small group of users. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2DTrack is currently operated by an individual developer (Dimcho Dimov), not a registered company. For any question about your data, contact 2ddimoff@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account data — name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google instead of setting a password.

Health & fitness data — whatever you choose to log: workouts and exercises, food and drink entries, sleep, body measurements, cardio activity, steps, and goals. This is the core purpose of the app — without it, there's nothing to track.

Feedback — if you use the in-app Feedback button, we store your message, an optional mood, and which page you sent it from.

Anonymous usage data — we log visits to our public landing and sign-up pages (which page, and which site referred you, plus a timestamp) to understand how people find the app. We do not store IP addresses, use tracking cookies, or link these visits to any individual — this data cannot identify you.

3. Why we collect it

4. Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the app to function and contains no tracking or advertising data — no cookie consent banner is needed for it under EU rules.

5. Third parties

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from your Profile page — no need to ask us.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (and similar laws), you can:

For anything not covered by those self-service options, email 2ddimoff@gmail.com.

8. Children

2DTrack is not intended for anyone under 16 years old.

9. Changes to this policy

As the app is actively evolving, this policy may change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
